Yoga Workshops & Retreat Days

What:    Join Alison Newsome and/or me for a two hour Ashtanga Yoga Workshop, with a different theme to explore each month. 

Who:     All welcome, ideally with at least a little Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga experience.

Venue:    The Loose Parish Pavilion, King George V Playing Field, Walnut Tree Lane, Loose, Maidstone ME15 9RG

When:    Saturdays, 09:30- 11:30

• Sat 26th Sep: Alison - Ashtanga Yoga Hip Opening Workshop
• Sat 31st Oct: Alison and Helen - Ashtanga Yoga Chakra Balancing Workshop

Join us, Helen Keates and Shannon Hines-Clark, for a day of seasonal yoga, nature, and mindfulness.

What to expect:

• Two themed yoga sessions (including Vinyasa and Restorative yoga)
• There will be a break in the middle of the day, where you can have your lunch*, explore the peaceful grounds, or simply take a break in anyway you feel.

**There is a lovely cafe for you to enjoy, but if you prefer, please bring a packed lunch. There will be seasonal, nourishing snacks, as well as tea and coffee provided.
