Join Shannon Hines-Clark and I at this beautifully restored mill house in rural France for an indulgently long weekend of peace and revitalisation, nurturing yoga practices and Summertime playfulness.

• 3 x morning Summer Flow vinyasa yoga classes
• 2 x evening Slow Flow vinyasa yoga classes
• 3 x meditation & pranayama sessions
• Delicious, seasonal vegetarian food (with vegan & gluten-free options)

• Beautiful private lake to paddleboard, canoe, or row (equipment provided)

Retreat to Gayles, East Sussex

Join us, Helen Keates and Shannon Hines-Clark, for a return to wonderful Gayles in East Sussex and a long-awaited weekend yoga retreat especially for women.
We are delighted to be working together to offer Late Summer 'Space to Breathe'.

What to expect:

• Four themed yoga sessions,
• a coastal ‘blue space’ walk in the Seven Sisters Country Park,
• woodland walk with outdoor yoga,
• Seasonal Workshop
• two guided breathing and meditation practices
• Spacious, comfortable dormitory accommodation (limited single rooms available)
• Nourishing vegetarian food (vegan and gluten free options), grown at Gayles when possible.
